Her work at the institute focuses on the creation of working places for handicapped citizens in IT-branches, as well as the documentation of achieved results.
Mr Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. Wolfgang Lassmann, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the institute, always charged and supported Ms Pohl-Roux in gaining new knowledge and in achieving her plans.
Ms Pohl-Roux thanks Professor Lassmann for many years of good collaboration and his support.
Due to this long-lasting co-operation with Professor Lassmann there has been created a network of contacts.
Ms Pohl-Roux uses those contacts in order to promote her aim of supporting handicapped people in varying ways.
An important example for her network, this time for the creation and maintenance of working places in East Germany, is her occupation in the enterprise itCampus Software- and Systemhaus GmbH Leipzig/Halle/Wittenberg. This company was founded by best students of the Martin-Luther-University Halle (1999) and is with more than 50 employees established on the market.
On the occasion of the Cebit 2004, the prime minister of Saxony-Anhalt Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Böhmer noticed that itCampus belongs to the most innovationist companies in that region.
As a further example for her network, Ms Pohl-Roux represents the enterprise Dietmar Pohlmann Consulting AG from Mannheim in Saxony. The company´s main focuses of work are on concepts, solutions and project attendance for the department of telecommunication, safety engineering and networks.
Ms Pohl-Roux tackles new tasks after the mosaic principle. She sets great store on building up her projects step by step on a solid basis instead of all from above. Thus, a network of all, in the project involved partners, is created.
